BRUSSELS - The results of last week's summit shows that there are now two Europes, French President Nicolas Sarkozy has said, following a deal that saw Britain as the only member state refuse to take part in a fiscal pact.

In cooperation with NATO, RACVIAC - Centre for Security Cooperation organised and conducted a conference entitled “NATO Enlargement – Integration and Security in SEE region” in Raktije, from 15 to 17 November 2011.

More than 100 foreign ministers, diplomats and politicians from the region gathered in Pristina over the weekend to attend a conference focusing on "Southeast Europe in a Multipolar Era". Discussions targeted the position of Southeast Europe among the EU, Russia and Turkey.

The European Commission (EC) said on Thursday (November 17th) it will make more than 200m euros in grant assistance available over the next two years to underpin Bosnia and Herzegovina's (BiH) EU integration reform efforts.
